After downloading you are going to find two files ; one being the rom zip and the other the backup foder.
Place them to their respectful places.
**** INSTALLATION ***
1 - Place the rom files at the root of your SD
2 - Enter the cmw recovery and doing the 3 wipes
3 - Install zip from SD card - choose zip from SD card and select zpopv3. zip
4 - And then give en go back to backup and restore and select the backup you had extracted.
5 - Wait for the process to finish.
5 - Reboot system now
there you are, you have a new rom (xperia pop v3) installed in your phone.
